We had a Mitsubishi Hyper Heat system installed this March in our home. Prime did an excellent job with the install and were very efficient, worked clean, and the install technicians were very polite. I would recommend them highly. The equipment works a described and the comfort level in our home has improved dramatically.

I've used Cole several times on two different properties. He is always on time, courteous, very experienced and knowledgeable. On this particular occasion my HVAC system was 20 yrs old and out of date. I chose to replace the system with a high end 4 ton Mitsubishi/Trane ducted unit.
