Never come here. If you request that your medical records be sent to another doctor, they will constantly make excuses not to send them. The person who is responsible for sending medical records is a compulsive liar. Please do not come here.
This doctor office service on the phone is horrible. Exactly who am I speaking with and where are you located? I need to speak with a doctor do to my illness. These people do not care about my health. I definitely will be looking for another doctor. Sorry Doctor Patel I have been a patient for years and the Service is going down hill.
Dr. Sunil Patel is the BEST! He is Very caring and thorough. His service to my mom Ms Cooper is unmatched! I HIGHLY recommend PRIME HEART! His staff are just as nice and caring! Grateful and Thank you Dr. Patel🙏🏾 .
