This is my second visit, but I’ve a great experience with Dr Patel and his team. The women working in the office are all very kind and work together to get things done. Dr Patel is extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything to me. He took time with me and encouraged me to make necessary lifestyle changes. The one thing that was a bit off putting was there are gentleman on a zoom listening during your visit. It was explained that they are updating my chart during the visit. Don’t love that but can deal.
AWFUL
Unethical and unfit for patients who actually need to feel safe. The chaotic office, dated rooms, unsanitary practices, packed waiting area, lack of professionalism from staff, not having privacy while being UNDRESSED ( staff literally walking in and out potentially exposing me to ANYONE in the hallway)!!! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office and I wish I never came here. Zocdoc recommended me a damn circus, do NOT recommend
Usually a long wait but I had a great experience with Dr. Patel. He was patient, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me in simple, easy-to-understand terms. What really stood out was that he didn’t just talk at me he actually asked me to explain things back to him to make sure I fully understood. That made a big difference. I left the appointment feeling informed, cared for, and confident about the next steps. Highly recommend!
