Very unorganized. Ever since Prime Healthcare took over, it has been a mess. Front desk people are not friendly and the whole check in process is confusing. Go somewhere else!! Doctors are even leaving.
This place is a joke. They leave patients waiting for hours before starting their infusion. I have labs drawn every 2 months and they weren't faxing them to my doctor and now can't find the results for the last 5 blood draws. Find somewhere else to go.
