Amazing experience! As an athlete, Dr. Choi prescribed me prehab and rehab exercises. We went over some stretches, muscle relaxation exercises and testing that gave me extra confidence to return to the field. Dr. Choi not only helped with my pain but also gave me a lot of great life advice!
