All these comments saying they have great service, but I did not receive this treatment. My mother was on the phone asking for her medicine in advance because we are leaving on vacation, and the man who answered the phone was very rude, he was angry when she asked for delivery and said why would we ask for her medicine if we couldn’t go pick it up, but his job included delivery services.
