Prime Health is an amazing place to go for primary care. As soon as you walk in the front desk Melanie is a sweet, caring, professional young lady. The building smells amazing and is very clean. The doctors are great as well, Dr. Farhan Malik and Dr. Shoaib Malik. They both have great humor, they’re easy to open up to, they have amazing staff they also take their time listening to my concerns and really help. I would highly recommend coming to them for treatment!
I was in a bad place health wise when I found Prime Health. I also no longer had a primary and needed a MD to see me. Walked in and they had a recently rescheduled appointment with an open spot and thankfully they were able to take me right away. Dr Farhan Malik saw me and the attention he paid to my condition was amazing. He listened and addressed my concerns like he had been my long time primary MD for years. Dr. Farhan Malik is not a professional I would recommend! During my visits, I felt that my concerns were dismissed, and I left with more questions than answers due to the fact this doctor spends very little time with you. In addition Dr. Farhan Malik does not return phone calls although you are under his care? Furthermore, his nurse and office manager actively solicits patients to participate in her nutrition side business during appointments, which felt unprofessional and intrusive. I was looking for a new primary care doctor as my current doctor left the practice. I was also looking for a doctor that is close to home for convenience and found Prime Health. I had my appointment yesterday and was overall very happy with my visit. The office is very clean and modern, the front desk is very friendly, the nurse was very welcoming and listened to my concerns, and the doctor was great friendly and listened to my concerns about my health issues.
