Prime Health This place has tons of doctors and nurse practioners. I've been going here for 7-8 years now. Because there are so many people, it's fairly easy to get an appt when you need something quickly. As an adult, I don't care if I get to see the same person everytime. A quick appt is more important to me when I am feeling sick.
Phenomenal Family Practice!!! Very surprised to read some of the comments below! I work for a family practice on the Main Line. I find Prime Health Network to be more accommodating with appointments than any practice I've ever encountered. What office do any of you know of that is open from 8AM until 8PM weekly, 24 hr on call physicians and Sat. hours as well?!!!! Great Dr Very Bad Office Staff I have been with Dr Jones for over six years, he is the best I've ever seen, his bed side manner is a 15 out of 10. Now the office staff is the worst I've ever dealt with. I run a customer service business and these people wouldnt know it if it slapped them. Good luck getting an appointment anymore. You'll be teased with close appointments and end up getting one a month out. You my be better off going to the ER.
Very Professional and Friendly As with any business, you can catch someone having a bad day. I think that is what has happened to the people who have bad things to say about Prime Health. I have been a PHN patient for over eight years and have always found them to be friendly, professional, and competent. They say the greatest endorsement you can give is to recommend them to you friends, and I have done so on several occasions.
HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! just try to get an appointment, i dare you! Unpleasant staff who don't take or give messages. Time and time again prescriptions would be called in for me and no one would call to tell me! I have never seen ruder people who don't listen. One day I called four times and in the end did not receive a call back. It is a circus of an office!
Office Staff is Awful...BEWARE After 30 years of belonging to the Prime Health Network, I have had enough with the poor customer service and I'm transferring to a new practice. The office manager and staff are rude and do not treat their patients with respect. The medical care provided by Doctor Jones and Kurzrock has been good over the years. However, I have been somewhat disappointed with the level of care provided by Dr Richard Silver.
best i have been to in 30 years PHN to me is superb. dr. jones and vickie i do have to commend for being my favorites. both of my daughters see dr. jones and my husband and son-in-law see dr. silver. dr.shwabe took care of my husband during a hospital stay and i must say he does not lack bedside manner but is very professional. maybe i have been lucky but the staff there has over extended themselves tohelp me and my husband with multiple problems. we hope we can continue forever to go there.
Good Docs, poor office staff Several of the doctors at this Prime Health Network office are very good. Dr. Jones and Vicki the nurse practitioner both have good bedside manner and clinical skills. The office staff is less than helpful and getting in for an appointment can be a challenge.
