Thos office has no bedside manner and they rush patients. MyVhart is never accurate, which means the doctors fluff information. The front desk receptionist rude all the time. They have no patience for their patients. When you call at 8am, which is when they open, the answering service comes on. It's 10 after 8 and they're still closed.online states they're open but when you call, you receive a message that they're close. Do better.
Dr.Kimmel is great. Very versed and cares about what I say and really tries to help. I've been going here for a few years now and always reccomend him.
Dr. Kimmel is a great doctor, very versed in his line of medicine however the front staff, does not like answering the phones, they take very long to answer and when they do, they are rude like they don’t want to be in the moment
I waited several months for this appointment for the Endocrinologist (Dr. J.Diez) I picked him out of many Dr's in hopes that he would be more understanding of the situation I was under going in regards to the Meds and advice I had received from my last Dr. that seems to not be helping my situation in regards to my blood sugars. I had done a lot of research on (Ozempic) and read many testimonies on its effectiveness to lower ones (Triglycerides) aswell as aid in weight management.
