I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at Prime Hair Clinic. My first appointment was with Dr. Joseph MacDonald, and I want to be clear that my experience with him was great. He was kind, welcoming, and took the time to listen to my concerns. He created a plan and recommended that I follow up with Karlee, the IAT certified trichologist, which is where my experience completely changed. Dr. MacDonald is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. He addresses everything very extensively and gives you all the options, spends a lot of time with you and allows you to ask questions. The world needs more doctors like him!!!! 🥹
It should be denser
What a great experience! Doctor Macdonald and his team did everything humanly possible to make a rather uncomfortable procedure into a pleasant experience. From the personalized name on the door to the offering of beverages, to the uber eats order, to the polite and knowledgeable staff. Couldn’t recommend this business enough! Great job. And the hair looks awesome!!
