If all doctors were like Dr. Macdonald, the healthcare system would be so much better. He really listens and takes the time to explain things. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and what he does. My experience with the trichologist Karlee was also great. If you're experiencing any form of hair loss and want an in-depth, personalized assessment, this is definitely the place to go.

I had a great experience at the clinic. Dr. McDonald was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I really appreciated how thorough and helpful he was. The front desk staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this clinic!
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at Prime Hair Clinic. My first appointment was with Dr. Joseph MacDonald, and I want to be clear that my experience with him was great.
