Good and predictable Service – I had to replace a double glazed panel on a window. I received quick friendly service measuring up from the owner, and they gave me a quote and a delivery date which they stuck too. No complaints, and the price was good. It's hard to ask for better service.
Extremely rude and unauthorized charges on my card!!! – We had some glass replaced at our home and the receptionist Christine was extremely rude and difficult to work with from the start. She was so condescending to me over the phone, I was planning on never using this company again based on her bad attitude alone. Then, I got my credit card bill and I had been charged an extra $100 that I did not authorize. Frameless Shower Enclosure & Vanity Mirror – We recently hired Prime Glass to install a frameless shower enclosure and vanity mirror in our bathroom. They gave us the most competitive price and did an outstanding job for us. We give them 5 stars for their price and work. Also, there's plenty of parking on both sides of the store so its easy to swing by and hop back onto Arsenal Street.
New Home Owner-beautiful frameless glass shower – We bought a brand new home with a tiled shower-we turned to Prime Glass & Mirror to design us a glass frameless shower enclosure. Not only was it completed all in one day-it was customized and looks beautiful and I know has added value to our home. The partners, Tom and Larry and the Office Manager, Christine have over 50 years of experience in the glass business between them. Great Service! – A few weeks ago I stopped by their shop to ask a few questions about some work I needed doing at my house. The owner not only took the time to show me a couple of options, but their pricing turned out to be 20% less than I would have at another shop I had gone to for some comparative pricing. Not only did the installers do a great job, but the owner showed up and got the job done quicker than I thought it would take. I highly recommend Prime Glass & Mirror!
