I had a great experience with my garage door service. I called to ask about fixing my old Torqmaster spring system, which was starting to wear out and had some stripped parts that were hard to find. Willie asked me to send a few photos, and he was able to come out to my place just a couple of hours later. He replaced the spring system and made sure the garage door was properly adjusted. I was quoted a price without anyone coming out to physically see the job. Was extremely disappointed with this company. Manager texted me to try to find out the problem, but felt that no one was hearing what the problem was. The quote was given for something I did not need. I always go with a local (small business) company, but decided to wait until I could get my first choice.
I had a really good experience getting my garage door repaired! Over the years, my family and I have needed help a few times, and we’ve always been happy with the service. Bobby arrived right on schedule, clearly explained what was wrong with the garage door, and fixed it on the spot. He really knew his stuff, was friendly and professional, and the price was very fair. I definitely recommend this company for anyone needing garage door repairs—they really take care of their customers!
Our garage door track came loose from the wall, so we called Prime Gilroy Overhead Doors for help. Sean, the technician, arrived quickly and really knew his stuff. He not only reattached the track but also fixed a few problems left by whoever installed it before.
