Prime Garage Door Co. responded quickly to my quote request-- within 20 minutes. The next afternoon, they prepared the garage door, a quick, professional job. Highly recommend it!
I called Prime Garage Door Co. yesterday because my door was not closing. Clay picked up and said he could be down on his way to another job to check it out. However, he noticed my garage door was slammed to the ground when it was detached, and the motor was slow. So because of his fast and courteous service, I opted to replace my 15-year-old opener with a state-of-the-art Chamberlain and get my garage door serviced, so it does not slam to the ground. It ended up being a simple sensor adjustment.

The customer service I received from Prime Garage Door Co. was outstanding. The woman on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful, as well as their technician was efficient. He installed a new and quiet motor for my garage door. Additionally, they offered me insulation services for my old garage door springs, so I might call them again. All of that service at a fair price! Highly recommended!
I had a great experience with Prime Garage Door Co. today. I called them because my garage door was noisy when operated. Ron, their technician was super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It turns out the motor box had something inside that made it rattle. For 10 minutes, he was able to lube the mechanism and charged me fairly. I will most definitely be calling on Prime Garage Door Co. whenever my garage door has trouble again and when those belts need replacement. I strongly recommend them. Great company in Houston!
