Great customer service, absolutely brilliant. Better than Navien’s own engineers who are employed whereas Dan is self-employed. He visited us on Saturday when most engineers wont be available. Dan took less than 30 minutes to repair the boiler compared to the Navien engineer who spent 3 hours and still couldnt figure out the actual problem. Highly recommend him for installation, repairs and servicing of boilers. Thank you so much for your help!!
Dan knows more about Navien Boilers than any of the 'Navien' employed engineers that have ever visited us. He resolved all of the faults that all other engineers couldn't and has had our Oil Boiler singing for the past 12 or so months. Highly recommend.
Dan is a legend. He sorted our boiler out late on a Saturday night in the freezing cold which was an absolute god send as we had no heating or hot water. I recommend Dan to anyone as he is knowledgeable,helpful and reliable and gets the job done. Thanks Dan ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
