My wife and I hired Prime Food Caterers for our 09/19/09 wedding that was held at South Shore Cultural Center and from day one they went above and beyond the call of duty with their excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Our guest and family complimented everything from the Hors D'Oeuvres to the six tier cake that was highly recommended by them. Terrible, do not hire for a wedding especially – I hired Prime Food Catering for my May 8, 2010 wedding and they were a complete mess. The reason I hired them to begin with is because they were on the approved vendor list for the Chicago Park district, where I had my ceremony and reception.
