Gym is clean and has nice equipment, but empty. They require an annual contract with onerous cancellation policies, and there is a $99 charge for a cheap rubber bracelet that grants access to the gym.
Front desk person was great to chat with and gave some great info. Nice people

Worst gym ever they are caring about you until u sign the agreement after that nobody answers your phone calls or emails I would recommend the gym at canal place its way better and the workers actually care I was calling to cancel my membership and nobody answered so I cancelled it anyway And before that i was calling to activate my bracelet and same thing no answer i had to pay 2 weeks before getting access The gym is always empty They never clean the showers Half of the grips and dumbbells are missing
