5 stars for the super fun and energetic Zumba classes and the nice gym staff. I don't use the equipment and weights too much here things seem orderly, with only a few machines ever out of commission. The sauna here is like new and barely used when I go in the evening. They also have a smoothie bar with lots of flavor options, but I do wish they used more fresh food add-ins rather than syrups, but the prices are really good so I understand it's a balance. Great Gym! The front desk staff are always friendly and cheerful - and very helpful! The place is always spotless 🤩 There are two floors, so there's always plenty of space to do yo own thang thang!
Members for over 8 years, great place for your overall health and wellness, love that it's a small family owned gym. Everyone is incredibly friendly and it truly is "come as you are" and you are welcomed every time with smiles! The best staff and smoothies!
Showers are run down one was gross, and the other has a cracked floor. hot water, only 5 minutes, then freezing cold
