Prime fire is amazing! Victor has been very patient with us and very professional in updating us the status of our project, ay additional documents needed form us. He was very courteous and always on time. We finished and passed fire sprinkler inspection for our shop because Victor does a great and neat job and is also on top of submitting drawings on time and scheduling inspection and following up with inspectors. Very timely & professional service!
During this past Summer 2022, we were in the midst of finishing our basement on our recently constructed home, and we hired Prime Fire Protection to modify our existing sprinkler system to support the project (i.e., moving or adding 4-6 sprinkler heads). To our surprise, we found it extremely difficult to find fire sprinkler or plumbing companies willing to take on home sprinkler modifications, with those willing oftentimes charging exorbitantly high costs for labor to make the job worthwhile. Prime Fire Protection worked excellently in my new home build. From the initial estimate, rough-in and final inspection. Prime provided a fair price with excellent quality. Even more importantly, the sprinkler system appears seemless in the home decor. We passed sprinkler inspection with no issue! I highly recommend this company.
