I've been shopping at Prime Fasteners for many years. I have purchased a few tools and accessories there. I have always been 100% satisfied and impressed with the quality of tools and customer service. On my last visit, I even purchased a pair of "fancy pants" ... you know the cool work pants made by "Blaklader". Love the quality, fit and price. Prime 21.ga nail gun purchased misfires approx. every second nail. Brought in after two weeks, paid for service, still misfires. I maintain my tools and store this gun securely, all wear is normal and no serious damage ever occurred to the unit. Anything more dense than baseboard, or 2" nails does not work reliably. My Grex 23.ga penetrates 2" pins better. If you are considerig this unit look into Fastik 21ga, Waldo carries this brand. I will remove this review if the problem happens to be defective unit. The customer service here is amazing they do good work and stand behind their repairs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing repairs on tools.
