Very bad experience. I brought my 3-month-old compressor .the pump wasn’t working. They told me the pump would cost $900 to replace, which I declined. When I took the compressor back home, I discovered a hole in the motor — under the sticker — that was not there before. Now the motor is also damaged. I don’t understand how this happened, but I feel like my equipment was mishandled. This was a brand-new compressor, and I feel like I was not treated fairly or respectfully. I do not recommend this place.

I went for stapler repair, ask there repair department if it is under warranty! The guys at back start laughing. If you see a new guy who don’t have that much knowledge of repairs and warranty system, no one have right to laugh on them and make them feel embarrassed.

I've been shopping at Prime Fasteners for many years. I have purchased a few tools and accessories there. I have always been 100% satisfied and impressed with the quality of tools and customer service. On my last visit, I even purchased a pair of "fancy pants" ... you know the cool work pants made by "Blaklader". Love the quality, fit and price. Very knowledgeable with great service. Store is very clean
