멜버른과 뉴질랜드에서 20년 넘는 시간 살면서 이제서야 제가 찾던 의사선생님을 만났어요. 왠만하면 리뷰를 작성 하지 않지만 이번에는 작성을 안할 수 가 없네요. 이번해에 진료실을 자주 왔었는데 단 한번도 소홀히 진료하신 적이 없습니다. 검사를 통해 진짜 원인을 찾으려고 하셨고 연관된 가능성을 열어두고 다각도로 진료 하시는 모습을 보고 세심하고 매우 유능하신 분이라고 확신했습니다. 덕분에 연관된 다른 부분까지 호전됐구요. 환자의 말에 경청하시면서 중요한 부분은 놓치지 않으셨어요. 약을 복용하는 중에도 경과를 잊지않고 확인해 주셔서 정말 건강을 보살펴 주신다는 생각과 절대 환자를 먼저 포기하지 않으실 분이라는 생각에 큰 안도감을 느꼈습니다. 환자를 포기하는 의사도 봤었거든요. 멜버른에 사는 동안에는 제 건강을 믿고 맡길 수 있겠다는 신뢰감과 안도감을 얻게 되었습니다. 멀리 이사를 가게되더라도 찾아뵐것 같습니다. 가까운 곳에 사시는 분들에게는 행운이예요!
Bruce is an outstanding GP. He is highly competent, knowledgeable and thorough, while also being genuinely caring and compassionate. He takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and makes you feel that your concerns are being taken seriously. He is also very efficient and organised, without ever making appointments feel rushed. His clinical knowledge, attention to detail and thoughtful approach to patient care make him an excellent doctor, and I would highly recommend him.
