Brought my 4 year old here and they treated him so well. He was so scared. They were so patient with him.
Dr Kaur and the staff at Prime Family clinic were very helpful. They have a friendly and very efficient staff and everything from the appt scheduling to the actual appt was quick and easy. I felt like Dr Kaur really took time to listen to my concerns and address my issues. She is also knowledgeable and thorough. She even took time herself to call a specialist who she thought I should see and called in my meds right away. Annual Exam appointment review. I ALWAYS look forward to my appointments with Dr. Kaur because ai leave feeling great about knowing my health is in caring, skilled and experienced hands. The office staff is friendly all the time. They answer the phone usually on the 2nd ring. They pass along my message to the doctor. Today I spent over 30 minutes with Dr. KAUR and her staff. I went and got a TB test at the clinic. Everybody was very nice and the whole procedure only took 15 minutes after filling out the paperwork. I will refer them to other patients in the future.
