March 10, 2025 I was seen by Dr Martin and was assisted with ordering my glasses by Misty in the eye center. Glasses Took three weeks to come in. I got prescription sunglasses and regular glasses both of which were transitions. The sunglasses were perfect from day one the regular glasses were not. I told Misty the regular glasses were not right and she sent them back to the lab to be remade. It takes me k 3 weeks to get them originally and the remake took just as long. Worst experience ever! I took my 88 year old mother to get glasses May 13. Glasses arrived 3 1/2 weeks later but had the wrong prescription. New glasses arrived 2 weeks later but they put the prescription lens in the wrong side (she has a glass eye and a seeing eye so one lens is plain glass). 2 weeks later she gets the latest new glasses and can only see blurry vision for distance and can't see well enough to see her phone or read the paper so still the wrong prescription! WTH? How can things go so wrong?
