Dr. Malik is the most rude and condescending provider I’ve ever seen. I waited nearly 2 hours to be called and I couldn’t even speak to front desk about my wait time because THERE IS NO FRONT DESK. You’re just expected to wait until getting called back. After spending and rushing time with me I stopped her (Dr. Malik) as she was midway out the door with questions that she didn’t bother asking if I had. Do not come here! I went here to get my consultation which she only took a microscope through my nose that took not even 10 minutes and I was out the door and told to schedule another appointment and later I got charged over $360+ don’t get robbed you’ll go broke coming here and not even a good doctor who truly cares for their patient
Do NOT see this doctor! I had a 15 minute 1st consultation with Dr. Malik. She asked me some basic questions and looked at my nostrils for 30 seconds. My insurance was charged an outrageous amount of $729 ($332 for “appointment” and $397 for “scoping”) whereby I had to pay this doctor the outrageous amount of $364.39. I am leaving this review so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
HORRIBLE! She definitely needs to have this practice shut down and evaluated for compliance. Staff was rude and my husband waited almost 2 hours and NEVER SEEN! This doctor didn’t care that WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS and I will NEVER REFER her practice to patients! Zero rating
Very unprofessional staff, always behind, very unorganized, they don’t respect people time, expect to wait for an hour or more after you arrive to your appointment
