Poor communication.
Stay far away from this place. They have lost their way. Took my deposit and not a single return phone call for 4 months (called them weekly). Hired a new company for half the price and job was done in 3 weeks.
In the fall of 2021 I spoke with Mr. Rheume and hired Prime Engineering to work on a relatively straight forward sub division of a property in Rochester, MA. I paid Prime $6000 dollars as a retainer and was assured that the project would be completed by late November. To make a long story short it is now the end of December 2022 and I still have not received a single item promised in the contract.
