Great Sales Pitch, But No Service or Accountability I signed up with high hopes, but the 10-year warranty turned out to be worthless. I definitely recommend Prime Energy Solar! I have always been skeptical about getting solar since I was receiving at least 1 call a day from companies trying to sell it to me. The owner Shawn was amazing during the entire process. He came out and designed a PV system that met our needs. The installation team was speedy and respectful of our home. We did have a slight issue with the system shortly after it was turned on, but the installation team came out quickly to resolve it and we have had no issues since
My friend Doug Wade works there and I knew I had a trusted person looking out for us, as there have been so many solar companies that have come and gone. Mike Gallagher worked with Doug to see the whole process through to the end. Excellent experience, communication superb and price was fair for what we got. We got a solar package including a needed new roof, all came out beautiful. I am looking forward to a 30% tax credit next year. This is a very good company with super trustworthy people to work with.
