I had a really great experience at Dr. Bita Shakiba’s office at Prime Endodontics. Dr. Shakiba is professional and kind. She and her team are respectful and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. I have completed my treatment, and throughout each visit I had a very great experience. Everything was done with care and attention to detail, and the process felt clear and smooth. I am truly satisfied with my experience at Prime Endodontics. I was there today and everything was just as great as before.
I don’t even know where to begin Dr . Shakiba and her staff Gigi and Jessica are AWESOME . I was referred by my dentist and two coworkers . I went in for a root canal on Friday and although they were short staffed they accommodated me and apologized every step of the way . I appreciate everything Dr. Shakiba and her staff did for me . I’ve been seeing Dr. Shakiba for the past three years, and my experience has been consistently very positive. She has a strong depth of expertise and a solid clinical background. She is very thorough and thoughtful in her approach, always taking the time to assess every detail before making decisions. Her level of skill and understanding gives me a lot of confidence in the care I receive. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a capable and dependable endodentist.
