03/05/25 Update: we called for additional service and found out they no longer service residential. Very disappointing. As I indicated below our experience with them was extraordinary. Very pleased with Prime from start to finish. The scheduler was kind, down-to-earth, extremely helpful, and accommodated us with our emergency on the same day.
