We were trying for over a year to get an electrician to upgrade the panels in our houses. Some would show up for the estimate but never give us a quote (gave up chasing them) , some never showed up while others gave us ridiculous prices over the phone. Steve was punctual, professional, answered any questions we had, went above and beyond to help us out and his prices were fair.
