We have worked with Brad and his team a number of times over the years and they always provide exceptional, professional service. Brad always does what he says he will, when he says he will. His team member, Dustin, was at our home today performing some repairs and installing a heater for us. He too was friendly and professional! He left no mess whatsoever and even went above and beyond to do some high dusting for us while he was up on his ladder. Very thoughtful! Since the spring, my home has experienced a number of power fluctuations and drops that were very difficult to "catch." The problem became more frequent in October 2021and the home builder called in "Prime Electric" to investigate and resolve the problem - which they did! (Failing breaker on a meter on an outside distribution panel.)
