This is the second time we have used Jerad and he continues to amaze us! We will continue to use him whenever we need a realtor. He knows his stuff and is very professional. We wanted to do renovations before listing and he even helped us pick out the flooring and counters knowing what would help sell the place faster. He went completely above and beyond for everything.
