Did not honor commitment. Showed up and the person who was supposed to train my son called in sick. I was not informed until we arrived. Big waste of time
I gained a lot of weight after I was done playing college sports. Decided I needed to get back in shape and started working out with Coach Harden twice a week. Since working out with him, I’ve lost 25lbs + and finally feel like myself again!
