I arrived at Prime on 1/10 and realized I had forgotten my wallet which had my stent card in it. I need that to ensure I could use the 3.0 machine. Instead of just re-scheduling my appointment, Audra quickly got me an appoitnment at their Richardson location that had the MRI machine I needed. My experiences here have always been fantastic and the staff couldn't be friendlier. Kudos to Audra! Bill

The technician while doing my scan for heart calcification was very kind and sweet. The facility was clean. However when I called several days later to ask that my results be sent to me for which I did pay full price up front because it is not covered by insurance, I was passed around 5 times to different phone numbers having to give my name and date birth each time. I visited this location couple of months back for a CT scan .They said that my insurance wont cover and need to pay everything from my pocket and then I paid fully .After that they claimed with my insurance and sent out a bill saying that I need to pay some outstanding amount which my insurance didn't cover .It's a completely fradulent activity.
