I had an ultrasound appointment today and from the moment I arrived I was greeted by the wonderful Sarah. I truly cannot express how kind, helpful, energetic and professional she was. Having people like her in a medical setting makes such an important difference for patients. After that, I met the doctor who performed my ultrasound and I was equally impressed. I recently visited Prime Diagnostics. Both the receptionist and the ultrasound scan specialist were really helpful and amicable! It was a smooth process from the time I entered and exited. All I did was I was 15 mins early before my scheduled time, which gave me time to complete the check-in process and the paperwork! This centre is known for its affordable price points compared to many other facilities which charge more even with insurance coverage.
Went to have my wrist x-rayed. I injured it whilst putting away my Christmas decorations in January. The receptionist was very friendly and told me how long the person who would do my x-ray would be. I asked several questions and she happily answered each one. When I went into the room to get the x-ray the technician who performed the x-ray was so very kind and friendly. I would recommend Prime to everyone
