Went to have my wrist x-rayed. I injured it whilst putting away my Christmas decorations in January. The receptionist was very friendly and told me how long the person who would do my x-ray would be. I asked several questions and she happily answered each one. When I went into the room to get the x-ray the technician who performed the x-ray was so very kind and friendly. I would recommend Prime to everyone

I went for an ultrasound. I was worried at first looking at the reviews but it was very good and smooth experience. Receptionist is very good at answering my questions and I forgot the name of the person for ultrasound but she is so cool and checking on me the whole time. I would suggest this

Don’t waste time with these people, shady, vague, they use 2 companies to deny your claim. When you call they book you under one and tell you you’re out of network on the other end. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I arrived at Prime on 1/10 and realized I had forgotten my wallet which had my stent card in it. I need that to ensure I could use the 3.0 machine. Instead of just re-scheduling my appointment, Audra quickly got me an appoitnment at their Richardson location that had the MRI machine I needed. My experiences here have always been fantastic and the staff couldn't be friendlier. Kudos to Audra! Bill
