Total waste of money the hygienist didn’t clean my teeth properly and advises to book appointments every three months which wouldn’t be a case if they cleaned the teeth good and proper in the first place

Had lovely experience, all staff are friendly and Dr. Pri provided me excellent care and treatment for my invisilign.
Was treated rudely and disrespectfully and was rudely told to “get out” when walked into the wrong room. We remained calm and respectful but got shouted at and told to get out.
My family are NHS patients and scince the new dentist take over we are never offered teeth cleaning ,protective coating for adults or children resulting in 3 fillings for 1 child last visit and 1 member facing irreversible tooth loss,I definitely feel its negligence and private services should have been offered and wernt for vital up keep like hygienist work and cleaning etc don't understand why this was never offered,rearly disappointed last visit
