Probably the shittiest dental office Ive been to. Everything is always behind, they insisted on trying to charge me despite being covered by my insurance (i had to sit there and call my insurance so i didnt pay- I DIDNT) and worst of all, they insisted we pay out of pocket for a crown. Got a second opinion- no crown needed! Now i feel guilty wondering if my friend who got a crown from here (WITH THE WRONG COLOR- I DONT KNOW HOW OR WHY THEY PUT THAT COLOR IN EVEN WHEN HE SAID HE DIDNT THINM IT MATCHED) even needed it!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! My sister went to get fillings and we waited 2 hours and went in then we left and checked on their job because she was still complaining and we looked and it was as if they did nothing I have no clue what they were doing but it wasn’t filling her teeth, and we asked why it was like this and they said everything was fine and that it’s normal but we went to a different dentist and they said it wasn’t good and they had to reduce them and more that this dentist didn’t tell us about.
If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. This place is amazing—professional, kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful staff every step of the way. I’ve been here before, and once again, they did not disappoint. Earlier this year, I had the worst toothache of my life—unbearable pain overnight. They got me in the very next day, and Dr. Gharda was so patient, understanding, and truly supportive. I can’t express how grateful I am for the care I received.
