Dr. Godi was friendly, patient and gentle with my 10 year old son! Grace and the other Dental hygienist were compassionate, caring, patient, kind and very attentive to my son! Fantastic staff and doctor. Explained everything that was happening and the extraction I had done was done QUICKLY! I scheduled on a Monday and on Thursday I walked away without a problem tooth in less than 30 minutes! Comfortable office with decently private cubicles in a convenient part of town. From the moment I walked in to this office every single worker has been outstanding. Just moving to fort Wayne has been such a challenge with changing insurance. But everyone was so helpful. I had a wonderful experience at Prime Dental. I was looking for a dentistry located closer to home. They are conveniently located on Coliseum Blvd near Lima Rd and were able to schedule me within 2 days. This office is a private practice but still accepts the same forms of insurance as the corporate dentistries. The front office lady was very kind and helpful, allowing me to ask all of my questions. First there's the basics: They were professional, timely and efficient. Always explained any and all options thoroughly and gave recommendations with my wife and I's concerns in mind. Incredibly patient and accommodating.
