I went in to get highlights. I asked for auburn...but they came out literally orange!! I let the lady know I was not happy with the color, and she said "Go home and wash them a couple times". Thinking that was a strange thing to say, I went straight home and washed my hair 4 times in a row. It was still orange, and my boyfriend was even shocked that they would let me walk out looking like that!
