I had a leak behind the toilet in my downstairs bathroom. Lower section of 2 walls had to be removed and a portion of 1 wall in the garage had to be removed due to water damage. The toilet and vanity had to be taken out as well. I had issues with water damage in other parts of my house over the years and my homeowner insurance always stressed me with everything.
