I had a wonderful experience moving into Shelter Cove Apartments, especially with the help of Amber. Moving my family from the Chicagoland area could have been stressful, but Amber made the entire process smooth and easy. She was incredibly accommodating, answered all of our questions, and consistently returned our calls in a timely manner. Her professionalism and kindness made such a big difference during our transition. The maintenance team has also been great. We submitted an initial work order moving in, they were quick ... read more
Just moved to Shelter Cove in March. Amber made our move from VA so easy. She answered all our questions and emails quickly. Maintenance is top notch and Adam goes above and beyond to make sure everything is fixed and up to date. We have amazing neighbors and a clean/quiet neighborhood!
Amazing experience especially with Amber having taken good care of us and been responsive to any inquiries or requests. Our pup also loved her and that is an obvious plus!

We just moved in, and cannot overstate our gratitude for the awesome team at Waters View, especially Natasha Vasquez. She is super friendly and happy to help in any way that she can. We had a very minor maintenance request the other day, and Natasha made sure it was taken care of that day.
