We have moved from New York City to Schenectady NY, into Electric City Apartments. My husband and I have been residents at the Electric City building for 4 years. The staff are all amazing, Joe is extremely easy to work with and has made our experience that much better. Wayne and Harry are amazing as well! Everyone is very kind and responsive. The apartments themselves are fantastic, we absolutely love it here!
Edit -- I have changed some things to clarify the distinction between Prime Companies as the property management group, and Aker Companies as the owners based upon new information. Aker Companies, based in Beacon NY, purchased Winner's Circle at Saratoga in 2022. (I believe they also purchased Ellsworth Commons around the same time, and they also own some other properties in the area.)
