Owen is, no doubt, one of the most condescending, uncaring and least anxious technicians I have ever encountered. The incident I am referring to occurred when I took an inherited iPhone to the Fairhope, AL store to get assistance moving my old phone to a newer version. First words out of his mouth were "I don't have to do that". His overall attitude and method of good customer relations went south from there. He had a difficult time with the process and was really not a nice person.

Still waiting on an update to resolve a terrible experience with a phone trade-in from earlier this week. Haegen was incredibly unhelpful and dishonest, and I've had to put in more time than necessary to correct issues I didn't cause in the first place. Not only have I been bounced back and forth between AT&T's call center and the store but I've also contacted two managers who I've yet to hear back from.
