The system as a whole is a little outdated compared to other EHR/Billing software. It tends to lag even after updating. You have to do many steps to just get one thing done. However, I am giving this 5 stars due to Michelle at support. She is by far, the best. I have called many times for questions and unfortunately, I don't always get greeted with a good attitude or willingness to help. Michelle however, has always been so kind & thorough.
