Update: my iPhone 11 does not work still and he's asked for my password. I do not understand that anyone who has ever fixed a screen has never asked. Also now my phone keeps saying verify pin and it keeps updating and updating. I went to the store when it happened only to find out he doesn't actually work in the building anymore. He took my phone for 3 days just to bring it back doing the same thing. All I wanted was the screen fixed I'll include a pic later. Had my iPhone 7 screen repaired. Everything was working perfect the screen was just cracked. Got the screen fix but now touch ID doesnt’t work and the dsiplay flickers. Called the next day and he said he’ll call me back when someones available. Waited two weeks just for the guy to say he won’t fix it. Would def not recomment
