Very dangerous company. Had a patient walk into the rehab facility even though the hospital set up wheelchair transportation. The patient has a brain injury and he fell he could’ve died . Reporting this place.
They are never on time to pick up there clients and when you call, it is 50/50 chance that you be sent to voicemail. You cant even leave a Voicemail because the box is usually Full.
Two hours late. Driver couldn't speak English and took blind passenger the wrong direction for 15 min before figuring it out and turning around. Van was very dirty.
DONT USE THEY SERVICE!!! Absolutely the worst service ever Even after several attempts to call and a couple false promises of the driver being close. It took 2 hours just for pick, then come to find out it was a double ride the pick up was for 2 people they got drop of & the driver went to pickup someone else. When I said something he said just just doing what his boss tells him. After we got picked up we pick up & drop off 2 additional people before we were even dropped off. Worst transportation service company in Buffalo; what ever contracts they have with medical! Deserve -5! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
