DONT USE THEY SERVICE!!! Absolutely the worst service ever Even after several attempts to call and a couple false promises of the driver being close. It took 2 hours just for pick, then come to find out it was a double ride the pick up was for 2 people they got drop of & the driver went to pickup someone else. When I said something he said just just doing what his boss tells him. After we got picked up we pick up & drop off 2 additional people before we were even dropped off. Worst transportation service company in Buffalo; what ever contracts they have with medical! Deserve -5! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
This was the worst service we have ever used. If I could give them zero stars that would be more fitting. 2 hours late for an appointment scheduled a week in advance is completely unacceptable. Even after several attempts to call and a couple false promises of the driver being close. This is in addition to the poorly kept vehicle that was dirty, had a cracked windshield and the air conditioning not working. If that's not bad enough, the driver was texting while driving. DON'T CALL THIS COMPANY!!! They are NEVER ON-TIME.... They didn't show up TWICE to take me to DIALYSIS, FOR a RETURN TRIP HOME They showed up 2 1/2 HOURS LATE.. My DIALYSIS days are a STANDARD ORDER, do you believe that they told me in order to get a ride back home that I have to CALL THEM because they don't want their drivers SITTING AROUND and wasting time!!! If you CAN'T & DON'T WANT the BUSINESS, you NEED to be UPFRONT with your clients and STOP TRYING to be MONEY HUNGRY!!!!
Don't trust your loved ones with this company! Don't trust your patients with them! Calls are routed to voicemail, so your beloved Mom or Dad is essentially stranded, because Prime Care Transportation Inc. does not consider it a high priority to pick them up. Never use this company! Even their five star reviews are fake!
