I asked Prime Care twice to contact me for services via on-line and they never did. Cannot comment on services they provide because they never responded to my inquiry. Guess they do not care.
Just tell the truth. Don't say an hour when you are going to be 2.Tell us 2 hours and if it's early we'll be pleased. Every minute that goes by after we were told that they'd be here is proof that they are not being honest and it's aggravating. over half hour late on pick up to go to his appointment. Over an hour past the time they said that they were picking him up. Both men that picked him up were kind and helpful, which is why I gave them any points at all. BE HONEST
Very dangerous company. Had a patient walk into the rehab facility even though the hospital set up wheelchair transportation. The patient has a brain injury and he fell he could’ve died . Reporting this place.
They are never on time to pick up there clients and when you call, it is 50/50 chance that you be sent to voicemail. You cant even leave a Voicemail because the box is usually Full.
Two hours late. Driver couldn't speak English and took blind passenger the wrong direction for 15 min before figuring it out and turning around. Van was very dirty.
