Had to get a test very quickly and every place I knew was booked or would have ridiculous lines. At Prime Care Physicians, I got to schedule an appointment right away without the hassle, drove up and got tested right in my car! Very quick and easy. If you haven't heard of this place I would put this as your new go-to to be tested. Very reliable, professional, and caring group of individuals.
Worst company to deal with. The PA came to visit my 80 yr old father in January. She evaluated him and made 4 referrals to the following. 1) podiatrist 2) occupational therapist 3) physical therapist 4) home heath nurse. No one showed up then in March prime care PA called to make an appointment to check on the services and was surprised that no contact made from the providers she referred. Did the drive-by Covid test with prime care physicians. It was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly and provided great information.
We have received at home COVID tests with Prime Care Physicians several times and can’t say enough good things about them. Their at home visits for a very reasonable fee have been such a great find for our family. They’re so easy to deal with from start to finish and we really appreciate their fast and accurate testing capabilities as well as their constant communication throughout the entire process.
One of our family member was tested COVID positive and we thought we were exposed. So decided to get every member in my family get tested. I called their customer service who explained whole process very well. All paper work was done very quickly via email. Once we reached their location in schaumburg, nurse came out and took the sample while we were in the car in the parking lot. Within 10 minutes we were done. The results came in 2 days as informed and luckily to our hope, negative.
