Great service and glad to finally find a PCM local that I feel comfortable with !
***AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** Hands down the most unprofessional medical office that I've been to. Was told to drive to the office to schedule my first appointment instead of being able to schedule it over the phone or through a website like a normal doctor's office. The receptionist was insolent and failed to return my phone call as promised. Very poor management at this office. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this doctor's office!
DO NOT USE THIS WOMAN AS YOUR DOCTOR!!! TERESA COCHRAN there is a SPECIAL SPECIAL SPECIAL PLACE IN HELL FOR YOU. My mother was sick for MONTHS and you blew her off, and just kept stressing her about staying hydrated. Mind you my mother wasn’t keeping food down for months. But you had her scheduled for a mammogram….but for what?? 🤔🤔 If she’s not keeping food down why would she need her breast checked??? Come to find out my mother has Stage 4 Adenocarcinoma. Absolutely amazing! My son is a new patient and needed to get established so we could get some referrals for specialists and they were able to get us in the very next day and we didn’t wait long at all when we got there! Every staff member we interacted with was attentive, sweet and we really felt like they listened to our concerns and was so willing to go above and beyond for us!!! I’m so glad that he will be in good hands when he is in their care!!!
I called to get them to send scripts to pharmacy for Covid, called four times 10, 2, 4, 4:50. First was told someone would look at it by lunch, then 2nd time, they would look at my request at end of day, then when she finished her last patient, and last got a voicemail that was full, don’t trust the process, if you need plaxovid you just go to pharmacy in NC you do not have to see a doc, pharmacist can do the script. So gone all day with no relief, also tried UNC tell-a urgent care before being told they couldn’t prescribed ... read more
