While the staff is friendly, it would be nice if they would spend a little less time visiting and a little more time diagnosing. It shouldn’t be the responsibility of the patient to diagnose themselves, remember what scans they need, etc. That is the entire purpose of having a primary care physician. I also cannot ascertain why it is that one can never get an answer from the nurses station. It doesn’t matter what time one calls, in the years I have gone here, I’ve yet to have a call answered. Everyone there has a genuine we care attitude.have a tooth infection, need some antibiotics. A call would help.
Used to go here as a kid, so I decided to use them for my own son. It started out fine for my newborn back in 2024. 6mo check up was a disaster (vaccinations were supposed to be given and the needle literally exploded with the vaccine spilling all over my son's leg.. sorry, but at a veterinarian office you always check your needles why would human doctors/nurses be held to asubpar standard.)
