I appreciate that they accept walk ins. I was checked in and seen in under an hour, and the providers were so kind
While the staff is friendly, it would be nice if they would spend a little less time visiting and a little more time diagnosing. It shouldn’t be the responsibility of the patient to diagnose themselves, remember what scans they need, etc. That is the entire purpose of having a primary care physician. I also cannot ascertain why it is that one can never get an answer from the nurses station. It doesn’t matter what time one calls, in the years I have gone here, I’ve yet to have a call answered.
