I have an autistic daughter who had some health concerns as well. I needed a note saying she was unable to work because of her particular issue. She is in computer college..trying to work through to be able to live. Rebecca was the one who saw her. Completely disregards her medical issues. Looks in her ear and takes her vitals. I like this place a lot! We used to go to moch and always got stink eye from the receptionist so we switched and are glad we did
They about killed me.. they prescribed me something I was allergic to and they still wanted me to take it. They don't care about patients what's so ever. WORSE PROVIDER EVER.
I appreciate that they accept walk ins. I was checked in and seen in under an hour, and the providers were so kind
While the staff is friendly, it would be nice if they would spend a little less time visiting and a little more time diagnosing. It shouldn’t be the responsibility of the patient to diagnose themselves, remember what scans they need, etc. That is the entire purpose of having a primary care physician. I also cannot ascertain why it is that one can never get an answer from the nurses station. It doesn’t matter what time one calls, in the years I have gone here, I’ve yet to have a call answered.
