Very rude on the phones. Tried to connect with one of the staff and I was spoken to very rudely. I wouldn't recomment doing business with these rude people.

I am a customer care professional and this company wins the award for the rudest and least concerned staff, top to bottom.

Needed an emergency replacement of headgear for my CPAP as I was from out of town and unable to use my machine. They were Completely unconcerned with my plight. Kept repeating a bureaucratic "We are not taking on new patients." That I was NOT a new patient but a traveler stranded without necessary medical supplies (which would be paid for either by insurance or ou-of-pocket ) was lost on these people

Very rude. I was looking for a wheel chair for my daughter who can not walk for the next 6-8 weeks due to injury. The woman didn't even let me finish explaining what I needed. She cut me off and said we don't carry that and hung up on me.

I had entertained using Prime Care to secure a wheelchair for my disabled wife via Medicare but found the "customer service" (and I use the term "service" loosely) person to be extremely rude over the phone. She wouldn't let me finish a sentence and kept cutting me off. It seemed as though she had much better things to do! Afterwards I read the others reviews and found that I wasn't the only one to experience this! I decided to go elsewhere.
