Had to pick up some items. They were knowledgeable and professional.
Thes folks at PrimeCare are awesome! I needed a manual wheelchair with very little notice. They answered my questions quickly on the phone, worked with my Neurologist to get the correct paperwork, and I was able to pick up the wheelchair within 36 hours of starting the process. We did most of the paperwork in advance by phone/fax and the wheelchair was all assembled and waiting form me when I arrived at their very nice showroom. Shout-out to Rose and Kris (the owner) who couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend!
I recently worked with John H. From Prime Care to have a wheelchair ramp installed at my mother’s condo. All communication was done remotely as I live out of state. My mother and I couldn’t be happier with the end product; a double railing aluminum ramp that allows her easy access into her home, at a reasonable price, installed within 2 weeks after the order was placed. Thanks again
Kris was super helpful! She answered each question I had and gave me so much info. Kris was able to help me get exactly what I needed.
The bed itself and the delivery person were great. Communication not so much. I called there twice, and got the rudest, snippiest employees.
