Will not be back. Scheduled a follow-up appointment for 7/15 at 4:45. Left work early to make it there, only to walk into an empty office where the door was unlocked and all of the lights were off. Called and left a voicemail asking for a callback for clarification. 7/17 and still no one called me back, so I had to call. I have my first Appointment in 2 weeks. I came in at 4:15 Monday to fill out requests from my previous doctors for my history.. The office is closed for the rest of the day. Please update the hours of service!
