If we had known that there were other facilities that we could have taken our loved one to and received the same services instead of using Prime Care Medical Services in Hempstead, TX, we would have used another facility. This is the most unprofessional and non-caring facility we have ever experienced. They are people who do not have your loved one in mind-just the revenue. Prime Care has gotten a lot better since I posted 4 years ago. The quality of work from my care giver is really good. Everyone at the office is very nice when I call in. As far as the pay I don't know anything about. I have been with them a little over a year now and everything Is falling into place. I would recommend this company to anyone.
