If I could give zero stars, I would. The receptionist was incredibly rude and clearly lacks basic customer service skills. I arrived slightly late during rush hour after rushing from my part-time job and paying for an Uber, only to be dismissed without any consideration. When I asked if the doctor could see me even briefly, she just kept repeating, “You’ve missed your appointment,” with no empathy or willingness to help. Have had to visit a lot recently and I have to say what a wonderful service I have received every time. I think the ones with the horrible comments about the Receptionists should maybe take a look at how they approached someone just trying to do their job? I have witnessed first hand how they are spoken to and I can say its nothing short of a miracle they are as patient as they are! Some people need to stop and take a look at their own action, maybe act a little less entitled? Like I said, 5* for the whole surgery.

Dr. Kadim is horrible, she doesn't know anything, lying that they don't have referral for anything, and she even asked me what do you want me to do with an attitude. She sounds like she hates her job, calling patients to tell them their blood test results she talks down to you, with an attitude and talking to you like you're stupid. There's a reason why this surgery has a 2 star rating. Only reception staff and nurse are very polite and care about the patients.

The receptionist with blonde bob and moles all over her neck was rude and sarcastic. I only went to see if my prescription was ready. All she had to say is you can collect your prescription at your usual pharmacy.
