I have worked with Ms. Dimperio for 7 years, she is kind, compassionate and straightforward in her concerns and care for her residents, It has been a great pleasure to work with her. The residents there are treated as family and treated with respect.
Please do your research when considering this facility. Originally, we thought this place would be a good fit. However, we quickly learned otherwise. The house was only spot cleaned, they are constantly spraying fabreze to mask the stench of the house and sadly the guests are neglected. When you specifically research the owner Rhonda Dimperio, RN we found the reviews on her to be 100% accurate. I would NOT recommend this facility and Ms. Dimperio is horrific to work with.
Initially this seemed like a perfect fit. And then it wasn't. The owner became highly distressed about the most basic of requests, and didn't want to communicate with us. I don't leave negative reviews often nor do I do it easily. There are other better options that are less shiny on the surface but have better content and care.
We have found the Stardust staff to be attentive, caring, and compassionate. They have helped our mother through several emergencies, and have been respectful of our family concerns. Thanks, Rhonda, for all that you do!
